With a view to ensuring that each Client and stakeholder is fully satisfied with the quality of products and services offered by the Division, taking into account the context and strategic direction of the organisation, the Division's Top Management develops and communicates the quality and environmental policy to the Division Employees.
Its objectives are as follows:
- providing our Clients with studies, devices and services at the highest achievable technical and substantive level, according to the latest available and most effective methods, in compliance with the law and national and international technical standards, to meet the current and anticipated requirements of the Clients and stakeholders;
- cooperation with our Clients based on the principle of mutual respect and trust, gained through objective and reliable activities;
- absolute non-disclosure of our Clients' trade secrets;
- striving to continuously improve the quality of services provided by the Division while maintaining prices that are attractive to our Clients;
- applying the principle of professional impartiality, integrity and ethics in scientific research and implementation work;
- offering our Clients devices/services that meet the quality standards adopted in the European Union;
- continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our Quality and Environmental Management System;
- employing qualified and experienced staff and ensuring optimal use of resources in our activities;
- compliance with applicable legal requirements, stakeholder requirements, compliance obligations and any other applicable requirements relevant to the context of the organisation, affecting the organisation's ability to ensure compliance of its activities and relating to specific environmental aspects;
- appropriate communication of the Division's objectives and raising staff competences by regular training;
- prevention of accidents and environmental pollution, as well as sustainable use of resources to improve environmental performance, environmentally sound management of waste and chemicals, rational use of energy and minimising emissions to the environment.
The main goal of the Division is to maintain the image of a stable organisation, caring about the good of the city and its inhabitants and about the natural environment, which is competently and efficiently managed and which provides opportunities for development.
This Policy is implemented by establishment and gradual achievement of quality and environmental objectives. With such objectives, it is possible to measure (improve, enhance) the effectiveness of actions taken and establish the framework for efforts undertaken to improve the Management System.
We undertake to provide the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the Management System and declare our commitment to improving the Management System and to achieving the objectives set in accordance with the organisation's strategic direction and the context of its functioning.
This Policy was approved by the Division Director on 30 November 2021.
