Institute of Power Engineering Research Institute with its seat in Warsaw, Gdańsk Division declares its full commitment to ensuring respect for employees, subcontractors and suppliers by taking care of safety at the workplace, the health of employees, guaranteeing decent and non-discriminatory conditions of work and cooperation as well as respect for human rights.
Our organisation undertakes, in particular:
- to comply with applicable legal requirements concerning occupational health and safety and labour law;
- to ensure safe and healthy working conditions by implementing good practices aimed at continuous improvement;
- to minimise hazards and risks and monitor its efforts, aiming at continuous improvement of work safety;
- to reject categorically any mobbing in the workplace;
- to engage in responsible management of employees and the workplace by providing employee training, promoting workplace safety and work-life balance for employees, etc.;
- to ensure equal treatment in the workplace and refrain from discriminatory practices towards workers and other stakeholders (subcontractors, suppliers);
- to ensure respect for human rights in its activities;
- to provide adequate resources to implement and maintain actions aimed at continuous improvement of work safety in the Organisation;
- to ensure transparency of its practices by taking into account the needs of stakeholders and conducting regular assessments of the actions implemented.
