We have over 40 years of experience in the field of industrial electrostatic precipitators, thanks to which we can offer comprehensive services as regards the control and monitoring of electrostatic precipitators' operation. We are a leading nationwide manufacturer of modern regulators (ESP-R7) designed to control a single power supply unit. Regulators of this type perform several dozen different functions, the purpose of which is the optimal and reliable powering of electrostatic precipitators. These regulators can control three-phase power supply units using the starter offered by the Institute of Power Engineering (3-phase starter). ESP-R7 regulators combined with the latest operator panels (POD-R7) connected to the Ethernet technological network enable the control and supervision over the operation of the entire electrostatic precipitator from the facility's LAN network and a web browser.
For large and complex electrostatic precipitators we offer dedicated systems for operational supervision. These systems can cooperate with regulators from various manufacturers to control and supervise the operation of the electrostatic precipitator's power supply system and additionally supervise and control the operation of the heating, rapping and dust removal systems. The offered electrostatic precipitator operation supervision systems allow for the application of advanced algorithms for energy-saving power supply for electrostatic precipitators and enable the application of algorithms for dependent operation of electrode rappers. The supervision systems can be connected to block systems of the power plant and exchange data with them (e.g. information on flue gas pollination). The supervision system may include several or a dozen or so electrostatic precipitators, giving the possibility to control the operation of all electrostatic precipitators from any computer station in the plant.
